Anthropic adds dreaming to Claude Managed Agents and doubles rate limits at Code w/ Claude event

Anthropic's Claude Managed Agents gained a new 'dream' capability at the Code w/ Claude 2026 event, enabling a form of background processing. The company also announced that rate limits will double for Pro and Max users of tools including Claude Code.
