Brad Lightcap leaves OpenAI after eight years to start something new
Brad Lightcap, OpenAI's special projects lead and longtime former COO, announced his departure after eight years at the AI lab. Lightcap told colleagues in an internal memo he'd be starting something new while remaining supportive of the mission from a different vantage point.
