Vercel eve agents gain Slack session controls and event hooks

Vercel's eve AI agents on Slack can now keep replying in threads without repeated mentions, cancel in-progress responses, reset conversations, and react to any subscribed Slack event. New onMessage hooks with ctx.isBotMentioned() and ctx.isSubscribed() helpers determine which messages the agent handles.
